Ingredients
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil or oil of choice
- 2 tsp liquid aminos or light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or vinegar of choice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3 lbs boneless pork chops or meat/vegetables of choice
Instructions
-
Combine all ingredients except the pork in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Place the pork (or chosen protein/vegetables) in a large resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the contents, seal the bag, and turn it several times to coat everything evenly.
-
Let the meat marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes or refrigerate up to 24 hours for deeper flavor. When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Transfer the pork and remaining marinade to a 3-quart casserole dish.
-
Bake at 450°F for about 20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C). Remove from the oven and let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with your preferred sides.
