Ingredients

  • 3 cups NESTLE white chocolate chips I like to use Nestle
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 7 OUNCES Kraft’s caramels about 1/2 bag; melt in microwave with 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans (toast at 350°F for a few minutes for more flavor)
  • 1/3 cup toffee bits or two Heath bars, chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Line a 9×9-inch dish with nonstick foil or parchment and pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Melt the caramels with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream, then pour the caramel over the fudge. Use a knife or spatula to swirl the caramel through the fudge, lifting some of the fudge from the bottom to mix the layers so the caramel is marbled throughout.
  • Sprinkle the chopped, toasted pecans and toffee bits on top. Gently swirl them in if you like, or leave them as a topping.
  • Chill the fudge for at least one hour. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy.
