EatNow: Top Eats Awards 2014 – Winners & Local Favorites

A while ago I wrote about a home ordering website called EatNow. Today I’m sharing exciting news: EatNow is running a fantastic competition for food lovers. Imagine visiting and enjoying the incredible cuisine of Italy, Morocco or Mexico — that is exactly what the prize offers. Read on for the details.

As a passionate foodie I love dining out and trying new restaurants, but with young children it’s not always easy to get out for dinner. For busy days, ordering takeaway from a restaurant and having it delivered to your door is a huge convenience.

EatNow makes ordering from your favourite restaurants quick and simple. The service is free to use — you only pay for the food and any delivery fee. To get started you register and log in, select your suburb and browse restaurants that deliver to your area. Once you pick a restaurant you can browse its menu, select items, and choose whether to have the order delivered or to collect it. Payment options include credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery.

On top of the convenience of the service, EatNow has launched the Best Eats Awards 2014. Voting is simple: choose your favourite restaurant and dish from the list for a chance to win the ultimate foodie holiday to Morocco, Italy or Mexico. The grand prize includes flights, food tours and accommodation for two — a dream trip for anyone who loves exploring cuisine around the world.

There are also runners-up prizes: ten vouchers worth $250 each to use on EatNow, so more people can enjoy meals from their favourite restaurants.

Be quick — entries close on the 10th of October and voting is limited to one entry per person. Pick your favourite restaurant carefully and cast your vote on EatNow for a chance to be included in the draw.

Winners will be announced on the 17th of October. For full terms and conditions, see EatNow’s terms of use under the Best Eats section.

Which of these countries would you most like to visit, and what’s your favourite takeaway food?

Good luck and enjoy your meal!
