Muddy Buddies are one of my go-to snacks because they’re quick to make and endlessly adaptable. These Pumpkin Spice Muddy Buddies are a new favorite — crunchy Chex coated in a creamy white chocolate–peanut butter mixture with warm pumpkin pie spice and a dusting of powdered sugar. If you love pumpkin spice, these are irresistible.

How to make Pumpkin Spice Muddy Buddies
- Measure 8 cups of Chex cereal into a large bowl and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl combine 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
- Microwave in 15–20 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
- Stir 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice into the melted mixture.
- Pour the chocolate–peanut butter over the cereal and gently fold until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Immediately add 2 cups powdered sugar and toss or shake until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on wax paper on a baking sheet to let it set and dry for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in 1/2 cup pumpkin candies if desired, then serve and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 8 cups Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin candies (optional)
Instructions
- Add the Chex cereal to a large bowl and set aside.
