Skier’s Breakfast Burrito Recipe from Beaumont Bakery

On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mainly on newer spots, but a few familiar favorites still deserve mention. Beaumont may not be brand new, but it’s fresh enough to qualify for this list. Today I grabbed a breakfast burrito from Beaumont and knew it had to be included.

What keeps me coming back to Beaumont is convenience paired with fresh ingredients. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is one of the best stops to fuel up before heading out. I often pick up a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon for a big ski day. The drive-through is fast and accessible without forcing you to compromise on quality. While I enjoy drive-through burritos from Mexican spots, they can sometimes be heavy and greasy—something I prefer to avoid when I’m about to be physically active.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is stuffed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. The element that elevates it, though, is the sauce. A good breakfast burrito lives or dies by its sauce, and the creamy tomatillo ESC dressing here adds a bright, tangy finish that ties all the flavors together.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than just a solid breakfast burrito. Beyond excellent coffee and pastries, they serve standout dishes like a creamy burrata salad and other seasonal plates. That consistency is what makes Beaumont reliable whether you’re popping in for a quick caffeine fix or a fuller meal.

A quick note about peak times: popular, high-quality food draws crowds, and Beaumont is no exception. Weekends often bring lines and a busy patio. If you only want pastries and coffee, don’t be intimidated—it’s easy to run in and grab what you need or use the drive-through. If you plan to sit and enjoy the interior or patio, expect a possible wait on weekend mornings. Even so, the inviting atmosphere and well-crafted menu make it worth the stop.

Whether you’re fueling up for outdoor adventure or seeking a pleasant spot for breakfast, Beaumont is a dependable choice in the valley. The combination of fresh ingredients, thoughtful sauces, and convenient service keeps me coming back.
